Magna- Samarth Group is in business of foundry chemicals, precoated shell sand and shell molding foundry since 1998. Having group turnover of about Rs. 320 Million (USD 7.8 Million ) in 07-08 and expected to reach Rs. 380 Million (USD 9 Million) in 08-09 Promoted by group of 3 Metallurgists and a chemical engineer having a combined experience of more than 70 years in foundry engineering, Methoding, shell molding, defect analysis and prevention. Top management involved in day to day activity, particularly Design and Development, Quality System and Customer satisfaction. Business activities include : Shell molded foundry, Resin coated sand, Foundry fluxes and chemicals, Exothermic / Insulating Sleeves, Plastic inner bags, Marketing of Ashapura Internationals Bentonite. All five units in the group are ISO 9001:2000 accredited.
Caspro Group form in the year 1977 by 2 brothers Late Mr. Sakalchand Rathod & Mr. Ambalal Rathod with a capital of Rs.2.lacs ( 5000 US$) & work force of 10 people. The parent company titled Caspro Metal Industries Pvt Ltd formerly known as Castwel Metal Industries a foundry was involved in grey iron casting manufacturing. Mr. A C Rathod qualified as a metallurgists had a self experience of 17 years in a reputed foundry headed the technical department including Sales & Marketing. Mr. S C Rathod headed the Commercial & Finance dept.

We have a unique set up, well-equipped with all types of facilities under one roof & with our whole time sub-contractors. The company was started in 1994 at Plot no. E-68, MIDC< Shiroli, Kolhapur. From the start the unit is engaged in production of pressure tested graded castings, heat resistant and wear resistant castings. This is a ‘Private Limited’ company with the directors as bellow,
